At Skool Krafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Skool Krafts account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and instructional inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
